About LeadWell Network
Members of the LeadWell Network foster best practice wellness programs that support healthier individuals; promoting the value of happier, healthier employees.
Our program is an initiative of the Stanford Health Improvement Program which is committed to our employees and to our community. By working collaboratively with individuals across corporations, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, large business centers, hospitals and health insurance providers, we will further our vision of a global community inspired by the science of healthy living.
We have adopted the Stanford Medicine WellMD Center 2016 Model of Professional Fulfillment. The Model puts an emphasis on three reciprocal domains that contribute to employee professional fulfillment.
Culture of Wellness
Efficiency of Practice
