Talk with an experienced health behavior counselor to turn your good environmental intentions to a more eco-friendly lifestyle. In this 1-hour session, in-person, or in two 30 minute phone calls, learn to set goals and gradually move towards non-auto transportation. Instructor Jane Rosten, MSW, LCSW, and Manager of Stanford HIP’s Environmental Behavior Change Program will work personally with you to achieve the lifestyle results you desire.

Receive three, personalized sessions for creating change in your sleep routine. In these sessions, you will learn how simple shifts in your nighttime routine, creating an optimal nighttime environment, and alleviating stress during the day can produce dramatic improvements in the duration and quality of sleep. Sessions are available in-person and remotely for your convenience. Plus, guided recordings for relaxing into sleep will be supplied.

Receive three, personalized sessions to delve deeper into your weight management habits with an experienced mentor. With a mentor by your side, you can learn new strategies, receive emotional support, and have an advocate for life’s inevitable challenges. Mentors are equipped to provide both personal experience and professional mentoring skills to guide you to success.

Receive three personalized coaching sessions to explore and support your individual nutrition needs, challenges, and goals. In these sessions, your coach will partner with you to develop and implement a realistic eating plan that will support your pathway to wellbeing. Nutrition coaches are diversely qualified and have unique areas of specialization. Sessions are available both in-person and remotely.

This 3-session personalized program will provide specific strategies to better manage stress. Whether stress manifests as anxiety, depression, or physical agitation or illness, developing a mindfulness practice can lead to a reduction in symptoms and an increase in quality of life.
