Class updates

While we are grateful to continue supporting your health during this time, some changes are in effect for summer quarter…

Healthy Living:
Healthy Living class registration begins Tuesday, June 9 at 9:00 a.m. All classes will take place online. All classes are BeWell Berry-eligible, most are STAP/EA-approved and some qualify as a BeWell Engagement option. HealthySteps to Wellness participants can earn 50 points for completing a class.

Fitness:
HIP fitness class registration is postponed until further notice. We will continue to keep you informed as more information becomes available. In lieu of our in-person classes, we invite you to explore Stanford Recreation & Wellness virtual fitness classes.

Free Offerings:
-We encourage you to explore our archived webinars, especially Staying Active While Stuck at Home
and How to Reduce Your Anxiety During the COVID-19 Pandemic, available for your viewing at any time.
-We hope you’ll join us for our free fireside chats with well-known luminaries on what’s good in the world.
