Class updates: COVID-19

As Stanford monitors the evolving health situation around the coronavirus, HIP is striving to provide wellness services in a way that supports individual health and the health of the community. 

While we are grateful to continue providing wellness services during this time of need, some modifications have occurred to protect the health of the Stanford community:

Healthy Living:
We are pleased to offer spring Healthy Living classes remotely. All Healthy Living classes are STAP-approved and BeWell Berry-eligible, and some qualify as a BeWell Engagement option. View Healthy Living classes

In alignment with public health guidelines, HIP fitness class registration is postponed until further notice. We will continue to keep you informed as more information becomes available. In lieu of our in-person classes, we invite you to explore Stanford Recreation & Wellness virtual fitness classes.

Free Offerings:
-We encourage you to explore our archived webinars, especially Staying Active While Stuck at Home
and How to Reduce Your Anxiety During the COVID-19 Pandemic, available for your viewing at any time.
-We hope you’ll join us for our half hour sessions of uplifting conversation with well-known luminaries on what’s good in the world.
