Good posture matters. It keeps bones and joints in alignment so that muscles are used properly and we can sit, stand and move with ease. Proper alignment reduces friction and abnormal wear on joint surfaces, decreases the stress on ligaments holding joints of the spine together, and prevents backache and muscular pain.
In this 1-hour webinar, you will learn how posture impacts your overall health and what you can do to improve and maintain good alignment. We will explore the benefits and drawbacks postural alignment presents for daily activities, how healthy patterns established early in life affect us throughout the years, how postural awareness affects balance and strength, and the top 10 benefits of maintaining proper body alignment. We will also address the multiple benefits of balance training including fall prevention as it relates to bone and joint health.
