Karen Carrie provides Wellness Coaching to Stanford University Faculty and Staff. She will complete her MA in Counseling, (Health Emphasis) from Santa Clara University in June of 2019 and is concurrently serving her practicum at a local community services agency providing counseling and mental health support for individuals, couples, and families. Prior to joining Stanford she had a successful career in Human Resources with companies in the financial services and high tech sectors. Karen was raised in the Bay Area and is an active practitioner of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She loves to cook, run, and swim.
