About Elizabeth Skolnik
Elizabeth Skolnik, CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) provides Wellness Coaching to Stanford University Faculty and staff.
Elizabeth has been a trusted advisor and Leadership Coach in the field of Organizational Development for over 25 years. Elizabeth is passionate about developing cultures of wellness, innovation and trust. She leverages the neuroscience of behavior change in her work with Stanford Faculty and Staff.
Elizabeth is committed to bringing sustainable changes to individuals within large organizations by providing one to one Mindful Leadership Coaching and designing innovative learning solutions in support of their Talent Development Initiatives. In addition to her work with the Stanford Health Improvement Program (HIP), Elizabeth has worked with organizations including: Advanced Micro Devices, Amdahl, Applied Materials, Bechtel, Boeing, Chevron, Gilead Sciences, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Nestle, Pacific Bell, Raychem, Square, Sun Microsystems, Tandem Computers, and Visa Corporation.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Los Angeles, California (3rd generation). She moved north to attend the University of California at Santa Cruz, where she received her BA in Education and Preliminary Teaching Credential. Elizabeth resides in Santa Cruz with her family.
