SHC Employees - Get Healthy! is a wellness campaign developed by a joint effort
between the Stanford Health Improvement Program(HIP), Women's Heart Health and
Preventive Cardiology. This program has been designed by SHC employees for SHC
employees.
The campaign has three steps to help you accomplish your wellness and health goals:

with a HIP professional to create your wellness plan (only $20) |

Enroll
in a fitness class (competitive fees) |

in a wellness class (EA-approved) |

in a group or individualized behavior change program (EA-approved) |

up for an online pedometer program ($25) |
