SHC Employees - Get Healthy! is a wellness campaign developed by a joint effort between the Stanford Health Improvement Program(HIP), Women's Heart Health and Preventive Cardiology. This program has been designed by SHC employees for SHC employees.

The campaign has three steps to help you accomplish your wellness and health goals:

Step 1. Assess Your Health: Complete the Stanford Health and Lifestyle Assessment (SHALA), a free online health survey. Receive an immediate health education report. Take SHALA now » (Instructions)

Step 2. Understand Your Risks: Attend a FREE onsite SHALA workshop to better understand your results in order to create a personalized wellness plan. Register now »

Step 3. Create and Implement Your Personalized Wellness Plan:

Meet with a HIP professional to create your wellness plan (only $20)
Enroll in a fitness class (competitive fees)
Enroll in a wellness class (EA-approved)
Enroll in a group or individualized behavior change program (EA-approved)
Sign up for an online pedometer program ($25)
Take other actions to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being
