Services

Health Improvement Program has provided the following types of services:

External Services:

Health Groups

  1. Creating a large health database stemming from Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) and matching results with health-related information coming from HR benefit departments, health plans and pharmacy drug use patterns
  2. Studying participation in annual physical exams and correlating with medical encounters and cost
  3. Studying participation in recommended clinical preventive services specific to age and gender and correlating with medical encounters and costs

Corporations

  1. Assessing return on investment from health promotion initiatives, including HRAs and corporate wellness programs
  2. Identifying lifestyle connections between populations and pathologies (4) Developing a curriculum for patients on a medication and assessing if lifestyle is able to improve its efficiency

Hospitals and Clinics

  1. Health and fitness testing
  2. Lifestyle consultations

Communities

  1. Raising the visibility of lifestyle health issues
  2. Encouraging and supporting local communities in developing effective strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and a Community Culture of Wellness.
  3. Developing health promotion projects and studies at various levels (group, city, multi-city)
