Health Improvement Program

Webinars

To improve our ability to disseminate the latest health information, HIP now offers webinars that can be viewed from the convenience of participants’ own computers. These webinars address a wide range of health promotion and preventive medicine issues such as: Improving Cholesterol Profile Without Drugs; Non-Chemical Prevention of Migraines; The Metabolic Syndrome: Do You Have It?; Colorectal Cancer Prevention and Screening; and The Latest on the H1N1 Pandemic.

These interactive sessions last about one hour, during which time the speaker presents content and answers questions that have been submitted in advance or during the presentation. Eligible Stanford employees may use STAP funds for most webinars when there is a fee. Links to past webinars are posted below for those who were unable to attend the live webinar and/or for participants who want to access to the presentation again for future reference.
