HIP's mission includes educating the Stanford community - and beyond - as to what it means to engage in a healthy lifestyle. In addition to our in-person offerings, we have a variety of online health education materials.
- Join Stepping Out with Stanford, a 10-week online pedometer program guiding you to take 10,000 steps a day for better health.
- Search and register for HIP's currently offered webinars on the new HIP Registration Website.
- See a variety of pre-recorded webinars. These are online classes covering various disease prevention topics.
- There are also a number of self-paced online health education programs available on the Health Promotion Resource Center (HPRC) website.
