Health Behavior Consultations

Perhaps you already know what you should be eating, that you should be exercising more, or that you need to manage stress better but you’ve had difficulty actually making these changes, or maintaining them in your busy life. Skills needed may include freeing up “health time,” setting limits with others to do so, and creating realistic goals for gradual behavior change. HIP offers one-on-one meetings with any of our experienced professionals trained in weight management, nutrition, stress management, exercise, and behavior change to help you develop a healthier lifestyle. Managing these issues may lead to increased productivity and enhanced interpersonal relationships. STAP funds available.
