HIP Gift Certificate

Give the gift of health -- HIP gift certificates can be used towards HIP fitness or Healthy Living classes; health and fitness assessments; personal training sessions; and individualized behavior change consultations. Gift certificates can be purchased online in $25, $50, or $75 amounts. Purchase gift certificates as you would register for a class. Enter classcode "gift25" for a $25 gift certificate, "gift50" for a $50 gift certificate, or "gift75" for a $75 gift certificate. A blank certificate will then be mailed to the address you provide.
