Wellness on Wheels: Onsite Classes

In an effort to support the health goals of Stanford employees, Wellness on Wheels will bring classes to your worksite.  Wellness on Wheels can provide many of the Group Fitness classes and Healthy Living classes that are currently being offered on campus through the Health Improvement Program.  These include:

Fitness classes

Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, strength, and other low-impact classes that can be conducted in a conference room setting. In general, these will be 50-60 minutes sessions, one or more days per week, and run for ten weeks.  Minimum enrollment – 10.

Healthy Living classes

Lectures or workshops on a variety of topics (including stress management, nutrition, weight management, healthy back, etc.) Minimum enrollment – 10.

Let us know if your department has moved off-campus or would like the convenience of an on-site fitness class, or Healthy LIving workshop.
