Many individuals already know what they should
be eating, that they should be exercising more, or that they need to manage stress
better but they've had difficulty actually making these changes, or maintaining
them in their busy life.
Skills needed may include freeing up "health time," setting limits
with others to do so, and creating realistic goals for gradual behavior change.
HIP offers one-on-one meetings with any of our trained experienced professionals
trained in behavior change to help participants develop a healthier lifestyle.
Managing these issues may lead to increased productivity and enhanced interpersonal
relationships.
