Wellness coaching gives you personal one-on-one support, practical advice and
motivation to improve your health. It offers you a way to get better at solving
your own problems and taking charge of your life. It will also help you reduce
your risk for chronic conditions, exercise your brain, connect with your strengths,
and increase your work productivity.
The program includes:
Comprehensive online health risk assessment
One hour in-person wellness planning
session
Wellness plan with long-term and weekly
behavioral goals
Weekly telephone coaching sessions 30
minutes each
Educational information - fitness, nutrition,
weight, stress, sleep and lifestyle issues
A step-by-step process that allows you
to change at your own pace
